kiriya Terms & Conditions

Introduction & Acceptance

kiriya operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services offered through the kiriya platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

By accessing any part of the kiriya platform, whether as a registered account holder or as an anonymous visitor, you agree to comply with these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and kiriya.

kiriya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the kiriya platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on kiriya or any associated platform;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kiriya or its technology and content partners.

kiriya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during a player's registration or account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. All deposits made on such an account will be returned, and all winnings accrued will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the kiriya platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account on kiriya, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number;
• Keep your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential;
• Notify kiriya immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised;
• Update your account information promptly if any details change;
• Not allow any third party to access or use your kiriya account.

kiriya is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or, as a result of your negligence, by a third party — remains your sole responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kiriya supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kiriya does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to the player's kiriya account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the relevant mobile banking provider;
• kiriya does not charge any fee on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits made using a payment method that does not match the account holder's registered name may be reversed pending identity verification.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three hours during normal operating hours;
• kiriya reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳10,000;
• Players must have wagered their deposited funds at least once prior to requesting a withdrawal, unless kiriya expressly waives this requirement in writing.

kiriya is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party mobile banking providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. If a deposit does not appear in your account within thirty minutes, please contact kiriya support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

kiriya may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only;
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless kiriya explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, unless a different requirement is specified in the promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a different percentage as specified in the applicable promotion terms;
• Bonuses expire within 14 calendar days of being credited to the account unless a different expiry period is stated;
• kiriya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kiriya are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product. General principles include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kiriya system, it may not be cancelled or modified by the player;
• kiriya reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, or where a clear technical or pricing error was present;
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the true market price caused by a technical error, kiriya reserves the right to settle bets at the correct price or to void the bet entirely, at kiriya's sole discretion;
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). kiriya does not accept liability for errors in real-time data feeds that may temporarily display incorrect scores or market prices;
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable. All games available on kiriya are sourced from verified international studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, and are subject to those studios' own fair-play certification standards;
• kiriya reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or market-specific restrictions at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kiriya platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the kiriya platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Attempting to launder money or use the kiriya platform for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction through your mobile banking provider after that deposit has been used to place wagers on kiriya;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any kiriya staff member or other player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kiriya platform — including but not limited to the kiriya brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, and software — is the intellectual property of kiriya or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kiriya platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any kiriya content without prior written permission;
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any kiriya software or content;
• Use the kiriya brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without express written consent from kiriya.

Privacy & Data Use

kiriya collects and processes personal data from registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on kiriya, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kiriya uses player data solely for the purposes of operating the platform, verifying identity, processing payments, communicating about account activity and promotions, and complying with applicable legal obligations. kiriya does not sell personal data to third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiriya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting decisions made on the platform;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions in service caused by third-party providers including mobile banking operators;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform.

kiriya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their kiriya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms

kiriya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kiriya will provide notice to registered players by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In some cases, kiriya may also notify players by email or in-platform notification where a change is particularly significant.

Your continued use of the kiriya platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting kiriya support via live chat.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and kiriya in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with kiriya's support team in the first instance.

Disputes relating to account balances, settled bets, or bonus decisions should be submitted to kiriya's support team via live chat within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. kiriya will review and respond to all formal dispute submissions within 7 business days.

kiriya's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject only to any overriding rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
